I began my working life as a data analyst within a corporate environment, before moving into the non-profit sector, focusing on issues of global poverty and social justice. Over the last few years, alongside completing a Masters' degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, I have been working for an autism and ADHD service, providing pre- and post-diagnostic support.
I draw on all of these experiences in my work as a therapist and mentor; combining my expertise in mental health and neurodivergence with analytical skills, an awareness of social and cultural issues, and a deep empathy for the individuals I work with.

Qualifications
I have completed a BACP approved Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Master’s in Psychology.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that I work in line with their ethical framework and engage in regular training and professional development.
